Clayton’s Hope 3rd Annual “Steps for Seizures”

Come see “Boomer-1” at this extraordinary event sponsored by Clayton’s Hope Organization. Benefiting epilepsy research this wonderful group raises awareness so the public will have a better understanding about epilepsy and provides knowledge, informational resources and support for those with epilepsy.
Who is Clayton? Clayton is a little boy suffering daily the effects of Epilepsy. In 2007 Clayton's sister decided that she would like to start a walk, so that money could be raised for epilepsy research. She named the walk "Steps for Seizures."
Today, Clayton’s Hope mission is to ensure that: no one affected by epilepsy will be without knowledge, informational resources or support; that the general public will have a better understanding of epilepsy and its affects; that the organization will raise funds through donations and fundraisers to donate to epilepsy research; and that one day we will read about epilepsy as a disease of the past.
Join us on November 7th where, in addition to the walk, there will be face painting for the children, complimentary refreshments and snacks, a disc jockey and various companies offering complimentary items. Those registering by October 21st will receive a complimentary T-shirt at check in on the day of the walk.

Scouting for a Cure: 3rd Annual Golf Classic

Boomer-1 will be appearing at "The Rookery" in Rehobeth Beach in support of the Scouting for a Cure 3rd Annual Golf Outing.
See Boomer-1 on display throughout the day as participants enjoy the beautiful fall weather while making a worthy contribution. "Scouting for a Cure" provides public awarness information about cancer and treatment, benevolence and charitable giving to produce financial support to cancer patients and their families during treatment. This mission has been realized through with support of the Astra Zeneca Hope Lodge of Philadelphia which provides free lodging for cancer patients and their families when traveling to the Philadelphia area for treatment.

It is a place where people come to have a good time, while making a difference in the world we live in. Beneficiaries include Autism Speaks, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, Scleroderma Research Foundation and many other worthy causes. "Boomer-1" will be on hand at local Philadelphia Eagles hero, Jon Runyan's "Score for the Cure" golf tournament.
Guests are invited to join their efforts to raise funds for The Cancer Institute of New Jersey and prostate cancer research by participating in the Fourth Annual Jon Runyan Score For the Cure Golf Tournament, co-sponsored by Deitz & Watson and Pacific American Securities. This event promises to be a fun filled event featuring past and present members of the Philadelphia Eagles as well as other area professional athletes. The proceeds will go directly to the Cancer Institute of New Jersey, promising great hope to the thousands of New Jersey men and their families who are living with prostate cancer today.
